These Terms of Use of Legal Connect & Partners are established to regulate the use of digital documents in a careful, transparent and professional manner consistent with the provision of professional services.

1. Purpose & Scope

1.1 These Terms of Use apply to all digital documents made available to the Client.
1.2 These Terms of Use form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and apply in addition thereto.


2. Nature of the Digital Documents

2.1 Digital documents are provided as part of professional advice and support.
2.2 The documents are prepared on the basis of the information supplied by the Client and the context known at the time of their delivery.
2.3 Digital documents do not constitute stand-alone advice independent of the professional services.


3. Permitted Use

3.1 The Client is entitled to use the digital documents solely for the specific purpose for which they were provided.
3.2 Permitted use includes, inter alia, the entering into, performance, amendment or termination of legal acts, including transactions relating to real estate, enterprises, investments and asset structures.


4. Amendment & Completion by the Client

4.1 The Client is entitled to modify digital documents by completing them with its own data, including names, amounts, objects and relevant factual information.
4.2 Such modifications are permitted only within the structure and format of the document.
4.3 Substantive changes beyond completion or specification fall outside the permitted use, unless otherwise agreed.


5. Use Towards Third Parties

5.1 The Client is entitled to use and provide digital documents to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the purpose for which the document was provided.
5.2 Third parties include, inter alia, notaries, banks, counterparties, advisers and competent authorities.
5.3 Provision to third parties does not imply any transfer of rights.


6. Restrictions on Use

6.1 Digital documents may not be used for other files, persons or purposes than those for which they were provided.
6.2 Digital documents may not be used as templates, standard documents or as a basis for reuse in other situations.
6.3 Commercial exploitation, resale or distribution is not permitted.


7. Currency & Context

7.1 Digital documents are not automatically updated to reflect changes in laws and regulations or changed circumstances.
7.2 Updating, revision or review shall only take place if expressly agreed.


8. Liability

8.1 Use of digital documents without additional professional advice is entirely at the Client’s own risk.
8.2 Liability is limited in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.


9. Relationship with Other Terms

9.1 The License Terms also apply to digital documents.
9.2 In the event of any conflict, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.


10. Final Provisions

10.1 If any provision is found to be null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 These Terms of Use apply worldwide.
