These provisions apply to all agreements concluded via the website that relate exclusively to digital content and digital documents.

2. Digital Content

Digital content means all information, documents, agreements, templates, reports and other content delivered in digital form, regardless of format or file structure.

3. No Physical Return

Digital content is not supplied on a physical medium and therefore cannot be returned, sent back or undone once delivery has taken place.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded once:

  • the supply of the digital content has commenced; and

  • the customer has given prior consent to immediate performance.

From the moment of delivery, no right of cancellation, withdrawal or refund exists.

5. Consent and Waiver

When entering into the agreement, the customer is informed that:

  • the agreement concerns exclusively digital content;

  • delivery may take place immediately; and

  • withdrawal after delivery is not possible.

By entering into the agreement, the customer expressly consents to and accepts these terms.

6. Consequences of Exclusion

After delivery of the digital content, no right to refund, replacement or compensation exists, regardless of whether or not the digital content is used.

7. Relationship with Other Terms

These provisions must be read in conjunction with:

In the event of any conflict, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

8. Final Provisions

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These provisions apply worldwide to digital agreements.
